Award-winning airline booking application.

At Flyr, a Norwegian airline startup, we were faced with the challenge of re-imagining the booking process to make it more straightforward and user-friendly. By building an innovative mobile-first booking application from scratch, I was part of a small team that managed to streamline the customer booking experience and contribute to around two million passenger bookings in the first year.

At North, our goal was to make real estate development more accessible and transparent for investors, centering on the housing deficit in Oslo, Norway. By understanding investors' pain points and motivations, I took the lead in designing and building a digital platform that instilled investor confidence and successfully raised significant capital for sustainable residential developments in Oslo.

Modernized government document handling.

At Open, we set out to improve public trust and ownership in local government and democracy. Our strategy was two-fold: (1) improve accessibility to government decision-making for residents and (2) simplify outreach and document handling for staffers. I led a small team to launch an A.I.-powered platform in NYC that resulted in marked staffer workflow optimizations and streamlined public access.
